Mardina Hinkle
Chief Financial Officer

Mardina Hinkle is an associate and assumes the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer of Novus Business Solutions, LLC. As CFO, she directs overall financial plans and accounting practices and oversees treasury, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities of the firm. In addition, Hinkle also oversees financial and accounting system controls and standards and ensures timely financial and statistical reports for its members. Hinkle augments the essential element of the company’s financial as well as administrative growth and development insuring Novus Business Solution’s continued success.

Hinkle worked in the healthcare industry for over 18 years as a medical technologist. In 1999 she founded M. Hinkle Enterprises, a business consulting firm specializing in helping small businesses and new business start-ups develop their business plans and financial analysis and strategies. She also has experience in individual and business tax preparation, financial planning, debt consolidation, and accounting practices. Hinkle also facilitates workshops on personal financial strategies, and nonprofit board fiscal development procedures.

Hinkle received her Bachelor Degree from Indiana University – Purdue University at Indianapolis with a concentration in Chemistry and Biology. She was (ASCP) board certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician in 1984 after graduating from Indiana University Northwest with an Associate Degree in Science. Hinkle received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently preparing for CMC certification from the Institute of Management Consultants.
