Linda M. Ivey
President, Chief Executive Officer
As founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Linda Ivey is the administrator, facilitator, and coordinator providing the necessary planning, direction, organization, and control to meet the business and financial goals of the company. She is a central part of the company’s growth and development, and is involved at every phase of client interaction, including sales, planning, and implementation. In addition, Ivey provides on-going support and expertise to all members/partners and associates, assisting them in establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all aspects of the firm.
Ivey has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and management with major corporations and institutions. Her background includes a solid business acumen that enables her to strongly contribute within varied business and government environments.
Prior to September 11, 2001, Ivey worked for one of the largest and oldest Management Consulting firms in the world, George S. May International Company. As project director, Ivey was responsible for the management and installation of projects undertaken by the company that were assigned to her in the United States and Canada. This responsibility also included the management of staff executives assigned to the projects.
Since 2001, Ivey has worked in sales/management for a leading furniture retailer and started her own management consulting firm. As of 2005, she has been working full-time with Novus Business Solutions, LLC.
Ivey believes in giving her time, talents, and treasures back to the community as a volunteer. She is a member of several nonprofit and professional organizations, and has also been a first time candidate for a political office.
Ivey received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University with a concentration in marketing and a second major in education. She has a certificate in telecommunications from DePaul University and has started working on her masters. Ivey is currently preparing for CMC certification from the Institute of Management Consultants.
